Review for infertility usually occurs after a year of trying for a pregnancy. Pre-pregnancy consultation to optimise reproductive health is encouraged in anyone considering trying for a pregnancy. Where women have a pre-existing condition such as PCOS or are above the age of 35, seeking review after six months is recommended to achieve the best outcomes.
